Main office packages

SO KARTEL offers its services in packages that have been defined based on the types of options included and the duration of their usage. Some of the packages and services described hereunder may not be used separately. All prices are without tax and only apply to the packages outlined in the Tariff. All additional services which have not been expressly included in the respective package are paid separately.

In case a 12-month contract is conducted, the customer may take advantage of 10% decrease in the overall value of the contracted service.

* SO KARTEL offers to its customers technical equipment (phones, printers, fax machines) and furniture in fully functioning condition. All equipment has been tested and their functionality is regularly maintained. The use thereof by the customer must meet the equipment's intended usage. Any form of unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Damages resulting from unauthorized use are at the expense of the customer.

 

** The use of print and copy services includes the right to print and / or copy up to 50 pages in black and white and up to 10 pages in colour. Printing or copying additional pages is charged in accordance with the prices set forth in the Tariff under "Additional services".
